In celebration of the release of Our Own Masters, VALIENT THORR will launch a U.S. headlining tour, set to kick off on June 12 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The two dozen city trek will run through July 6 and feature support from Los Angeles’ GYPSYHAWK and Boston’s RAMMING SPEED.
Finnish heavy metal superstars CHILDREN OF BODOM (aka COB) have set Halo of Blood as the title of their eighth studio album, set for a June 11 North American release via Nuclear Blast Records.

FUN FUN FUN FEST announced today the daily schedule for the 7th annual festival with Single Day Tickets now on sale for the Fest to be held November 2-4, 2012 at Auditorium Shores in Austin.
Recently reunited legendary hip-hop outfit Run-D.M.C will headline opening night, along with performances from Santigold, seminal L.A. punk group X, Dillon Francis and Twin Sister. Saturday night will feature Girl Talk, Johnny Lydon’s PiL, Refused, A$AP Rocky, Diamond Rugs and more. Closing out the final day of the Fest are sets by Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Turbonegro, Etienne De Crecy, and Black Moth Super Rainbow.
